Extrasys is a division of Bailey Teswaine Ltd, the ICT solutions arm of NG Bailey, which is among the UK's leading providers of integrated building services, mechanical and electrical (M&E) and control systems.

Extrasys's senior management team is based in its head office in Docklands, London. The company is supported by a service network of over 250 engineers located across the country.

Extrasys was established in 2000 and acquired in 2005 by Bailey Teswaine, one of the UK's leading information technology specialists with over 20 years' experience in helping businesses work more efficiently and more profitably.

Bailey Teswaine is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of NG Bailey, which was established in 1921 and is now one of the UK's largest private firms with a 500m+ turnover and over 4,000 staff.
